(C MARC) brings together a diverse and highly experienced network of maritime professionals to support the development of a safer, better-governed, and more efficient maritime domain. As a center within the international non-profit Yokosuka Council on Asia-Pacific Studies (YCAPS), we work with partners across the maritime sector to advance rigorous study, practical cooperation, and capacity building.
